RESPONSIBLE
PRODUCTION
By choosing to keep production in Sweden we ensure that labour laws are followed.
Production in the same geografical location as our head office also allows us to reduce unnecesary worldwide shipping and carbon emissions.
INNOVATION
One of the acorns that grew to be OAK was the desire to create a more environment friendly product through innovations. Every day we work to come up with and refine solutions that creates less climate footprints. As a result of that all of our products are more energy-efficient than ever seen before.
DECENT WORK
FOR ALL
We promote a healthy work-environment. By working together with the trade union and using collective agreements with our employees, we ensure fair working conditions.
Furthermore, we take action to only collaborate with companies who follow labour laws to guarantee decent work for all.
GENDER EQUALITY
In a predominantly male-driven industry, we take great pride in having a female CEO. In fact, as of today, only 9% of all CEO positions in Sweden are held by women. A number we want to change.
To reach a greater gender equality at OAK we strive to find more competent women to join our team.
